Southern hospitality isn't just a phrase used to describe someone who is showing warmth or kindness.....where I'm from it's a way of life.  It's not dependent on what you have, but what you give to others.  Born and raised in South Louisiana, we were taught to treat people as we would want to be treated and "yes ma'am" and "yes sir" is the only way to answer a "yes" question.  The same applies if the answer is "no".  Growing up in a culture of respect and a mindset of "never meeting a stranger" has given me the opportunity in my personal life and in my career to communicate,  connect and build meaningful relationships.  I began managing multi-family properties at the age of 19 and I knew instantly I had found what I loved - serving others and helping them reach their goals and achieve success in their real estate investments.  After 20 years of managing properties and investments, I became a licensed Realtor and found myself not only helping families buy and sell their homes but was cleaning, decluttering, reorganizing, rearranging furniture, bringing my own decor pieces in and even shopping for items to help make their homes look more inviting and marketable.  I would help friends redesign their homes and even designed and did most of the work on my own home remodels.  I loved the path my career was taking me and quickly learned that I had an eye for color, texture, and design that opened the door to my home staging and redesign business.  I use my training and experience (and a little southern hospitality) as a licensed Realtor and Certified Redesign and Home Stager to bring fresh ideas and highlight the amazing features of each home, and to always showcase each property in its best and beautiful light!
